The Scoutmaster is the main adult leader of the troop. Pretty much does all of the work for the troop without getting paid. |

The adult Assistant Scoutmasters help the Scoutmaster in leading the troop and planning out events. |
 |
Although the Scoutmasters have the final say, this a boy led troop with the Senior Patrol Leader being in charge of all of the scouts. The SPL leads the Patrol Leaders Council, where the planning occurs for the new meetings and activities. The SPL is also in charge of all of the scout meetings, keeping everything on schedule along with directing others and teaching the scouts new skills. This scout leadership position has the most responsibility and is an amazing learning experience. |

The Assistant Senior Patrol Leader (ASPL) is second in command under the SPL. Scout elections happen 2 times a year and a new ASPL is voted in by the scouts. The previous ASPL becomes the SPL and then the cycle continues. Being ASPL is how scouts learn about leadership before becoming the SPL. The ASPL will also fill in for the SPL when he is not present. |

The troop is divided into groups depending on age and rank called patrols. Patrols compete together in games and cook together at campouts. A new patrol leader is elected every half year. The patrol leader is in charge of leading the patrol and representing them in the Patrol Leaders Council. |

An older scout who is in charge of helping the younger scouts. Helps with rank advancement and campout procedure. |

Is in charge of the troop’s equipment and trailer. Organizes and makes sure everything is working. Keeps tracks of the troop tents and loaned equipment. An adult and a scout both have this important position. |
