How puppies develop senses:
Puppies develop senses from their mothers and if they are taken away from their mothers or their littermates too soon then they fail to develop key senses. Puppies are born with senses of taste and touch. In the weeks following they will develop hearing and smell. Their eyes will start to open and teeth will start growing in. They also start to stand up, walk around, bark and wag its tail. Starting at about week three puppies will start playing and interacting with other puppies and with people. They are learning how to socialize and they are starting to get curious so they explore their boundaries. By ten weeks a puppies senses are fully developed.
