If you've never heard of anime, then I will explain them to you. They are essentially Japanese Animated television shows, usually based off of a manga (a japanese comic). Anime are really cool becuase you can literally do ANYTHING within them, they allow content creators complete creative freedom. Most of said content creaters use this freedom to kill off characters in spectacular ways that cannot be faked using traditional "theater magic". Some of my favorite Anime currently include: Sword Art Online, Naruto Shippuden, Psycho Pass, Gargantia on the Verdurous planet, and Zatch Bell.
